Summary: Electromagnetic caliper disc brakes are mainly used for parking/deceleration braking of small and medium-sized drive mechanisms, as well as constant tension control of winding and tensioning equipment.
Electromagnetic caliper disc brakes are mainly used in fixed industrial machinery such as papermaking, printing, metallurgy, lifting, ports, cable/wire unwinding/rewinding, etc.
Paper and Printing Machinery: Tensioning and Braking Control of Newsprint and Roll Paper.
Metal processing and coiling equipment: tension adjustment for unfolding/coiling of steel plates, steel strips, and steel wire coils.
Wire and cable industry: Constant tension braking during the process of wire and cable laying.
Lifting and transportation machinery: auxiliary/safety braking of lifting or walking mechanisms (normally closed failure protection).
Metallurgical, mining, and port bulk loading and unloading equipment: parking brake or deceleration control of the drive shaft
This brake is a normally closed (power-off holding brake, power on releasing brake) electromagnetic caliper structure, suitable for indoor or protected industrial places with an altitude of ≤ 2000m, ambient temperature of -25 ℃~+40 ℃, and no explosive or highly corrosive gases.
It is equipped with AC380V/50Hz power supply as standard.
