Conveyor Electromagnetic Coil Brake

     The core application areas of electromagnetic power-off brake (also known as power-off brake) include:
     Motor matching: It is matched with various types of motors such as cranes and machine tools to form an electromagnetic brake motor.
     Industrial machinery: widely used in metallurgy, packaging, printing, food, and automated warehousing equipment to achieve high-frequency rapid braking and accurate positioning.
     Safety protection: Automatic locking in case of power failure, malfunction or emergency stop of equipment to prevent vertical lifting equipment (such as elevators, lifts, stage cranes) from falling.
     Position retention: In a servo system or robotic arm, the load is kept stationary when the motor is not working to prevent sliding.

Working principle:

     Electromagnetic power-off brakes are usually composed of components such as electromagnets, brake pads, brake discs or drums, and springs.     

     When the electromagnetic iron is energized, a magnetic field is generated to attract the brake pads, causing them to separate from the brake disc, and the equipment can operate normally.
     When the power is disconnected, the electromagnet loses its magnetism, and the spring immediately acts, causing the brake pads to come into close contact with the brake disc, generating braking force.

     In application scenarios, electromagnetic power-off brakes are widely used in equipment such as elevators, cranes, machine tools, conveyors, etc. that require emergency braking or keeping the load stationary.
     It can effectively improve the safety and reliability of equipment, and reduce losses caused by unexpected power outages.
