Motor Controller Tower Crane

     Tower crane is a common construction machinery, usually used in high-rise construction sites. Its main function is to lift and transport heavy objects on the construction site. 

The characteristics of tower cranes are as follows:
    1. Strong lifting capacity: Tower cranes usually have a large lifting capacity, capable of carrying heavy objects of several tons or even tens of tons.
    2. Wide range: Tower cranes usually have a wide range, with lifting heights of up to several hundred meters and the ability to scan distances of tens of meters or even farther horizontally.
    3. Flexible operation: The tower crane can rotate 360 degrees in all directions, and the boom and angle can also be adjusted, making the operation very flexible.
    4. High safety: Tower cranes usually have very strict safety measures during operation, which can ensure the safety of operators and surrounding personnel.
    5. High maintenance cost: Compared to other construction machinery, the maintenance cost of tower cranes is usually very high, requiring professional technicians for repair and maintenance.
The function of tower crane:
    1) Vertical and horizontal transportation: relying on the lifting mechanism to achieve up and down lifting, cooperating with the boom amplitude and trolley walking, the material is accurately delivered to any position within the coverage radius of the tower crane.
    2) Heavy lifting: With strong lifting capacity (usually ranging from several tons to tens of tons), it can lift heavy objects such as steel beams and large prefabricated components.
    3) High altitude operation assistance: In accordance with the construction progress, as the floor rises, it can continuously "grow taller" through attachment devices or self lifting functions to meet the construction needs of super high-rise buildings.
