     According to functional purposes: general material lifting type, explosion-proof type (key underground), metallurgical casting type (lifting molten metal/slag), grab bucket bulk type (coal/ore loading and unloading).
     According to mobility characteristics: fixed (rail fixed installation), mobile (self-propelled or towed, commonly found in open-pit mining yards). ‌‌
Typical mining scene models
     Explosion proof bridge/gantry crane: designed specifically for underground or explosive gas environments, with motors and electrical components meeting explosion-proof standards, it is a core equipment in coal and chemical mines.
     Grab bucket crane: equipped with a dedicated grab bucket, it efficiently processes bulk materials such as coal and ore, and is commonly used for stacking and retrieving materials in mines.
     Metallurgical casting crane: used in the smelting process of metal mines to lift high-temperature molten steel, iron or slag, with a working level usually A7/A8 and extremely high safety redundancy.
     Open pit mining mobile crane: including large tonnage crawler crane and tire crane, without track restrictions, suitable for lifting large equipment in complex terrain of open-pit mines.
     Mine hoist (easily confused concept distinction): Although it belongs to the core lifting equipment of mines, it is mainly used for vertical lifting of personnel/materials in vertical shafts, strictly classified as a "hoist" rather than a general "crane", with huge differences in structural principles. ‌‌
