Shaft Centrifugal Pusher Rod

     The assembly process of electric hydraulic thruster mainly includes: pre installation of core components, docking of hydraulic cylinder and motor, oil injection and exhaust, and final assembly sealing inspection.

The main application areas of electric hydraulic thrusters are:
     Lifting and transportation: used for brake control of large port cranes and construction machinery.
     Industry and Manufacturing: Used for braking metallurgical production lines and mining equipment.
     Energy and Water Resources: Used for water conservancy and power engineering, as well as wind power generation facilities.
     Fluid control: used as a driving device for various industrial valves and gates.

Pre installation of core components: 
     Assembly of motor and impeller: Accurately install the centrifugal oil pump impeller on the output shaft end of the motor to ensure that the axial and radial runout meet the tolerance requirements.
     Assembly of piston and push rod: Fix the piston assembly on the push rod and apply an appropriate amount of clean hydraulic oil (usually DB-25 hydraulic oil) on the outer ring of the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder liner.
