Quick response: The electromagnetic action time is usually within a few milliseconds to 0.2 seconds, suitable for high-frequency start stop and emergency braking scenarios.
Accurate control: The braking torque can be continuously adjusted by the current, achieving micrometer level positioning or smooth deceleration.
Intrinsic safety (normally closed mainstream): Most industrial models use "power on release, power-off braking", which relies on springs to automatically hold the brake in case of power failure/malfunction to prevent falling/rolling.
