Crane WIre Rope Limit Switches

     The limit switch of the bridge crane is installed at three extreme positions of the large vehicle operating mechanism, the small vehicle operating mechanism, and the lifting mechanism to cut off the power source and prevent overtravel collision. ‌‌
Specific installation location and function:
    The two ends of the large vehicle operating mechanism are installed at the end point of the bridge traveling along the track, limiting the left and right movement range of the whole machine and preventing collision with the end stop of the track.
     The two ends of the trolley running mechanism are installed at the end point where the trolley travels along the main beam, limiting the range of movement of the trolley on the main beam and avoiding it from rushing out of the main beam.
     Above the lifting mechanism (main/auxiliary hook): Installed on the transmission path of the drum or rope guide, it limits the maximum height of the hook to prevent the wire rope from being pulled off or the drum from being damaged by over winding.
     Partial scenarios include lowering limit: A few special operating conditions have a lower limit set below the lifting mechanism to prevent the lifting device from touching the ground too low or loosening the rope (not mandatory standard, mainly based on the upper limit). ‌‌
