Core application scenarios and conditions of normally closed electric hydraulic drum brakes:
     Applicable fields: deceleration or parking (maintenance) braking of driving devices for lifting and transportation, port loading and unloading, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, and engineering machinery.
    Installation features: The pusher is placed on the top, suitable for installation in confined spaces.
    Environmental restrictions: ambient temperature -20 ℃~50 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90%, no flammable, explosive or highly corrosive gases; Choose anti-corrosion/explosion-proof type for outdoor or corrosive environments.

     Working medium: Equipped with electric hydraulic thruster, hydraulic oil should be selected according to temperature (such as DB-25 or YH-10). ‌‌
Key operational steps and adjustments:
   1. Release principle: After being powered on, the actuator motor drives the hydraulic pump, and the piston rod extends to compress the spring, pushing the brake pad through the lever system; After power failure, the spring force is reset to achieve holding brake.
   2. Equal adjustment of clearance: Using an interlocking clearance equalization device, tighten the adjustment bolt in the brake state to ensure that the gap between the two side tiles is consistent and avoid one-sided friction.
   3. Braking torque setting: Rotate the torque spring rod to align the scale with the required torque value (the adjustment range usually does not exceed the rated value ± 20%), and use a wrench to test the braking wheel rotation resistance for verification.
   4. Pusher stroke: Release the spring force to the minimum, adjust the pull rod to raise the pusher push rod to about 1/3 of the rated stroke, ensuring sufficient release of the brake without excessive compression.
   5. Pad replacement: Adopting a card insertion type asbestos free pad, the fixed pin can be loosened and replaced directly without disassembling the tile as a whole. ‌‌
