Explosion proof motor section:
     Shell: Made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy or cast iron, in compliance with GB/T 3836.2 standard, with explosion resistance (withstanding internal explosion pressure ≤ 1.5MPa) and explosion-proof (joint surface gap ≤ safety value, flame extinguishing and explosion prevention).
     Motor characteristics: non oil immersed structure, F-class or B-class insulation; The junction box is equipped with a sealed packing box, with a protection level of IP55; Hard chrome plating on the shaft end enhances the sealing life.
     Examples of explosion-proof signs: Exd Ⅰ Mb (coal mine), Exd Ⅱ CT4Gb (factory).
Hydraulic drive part:
     Centrifugal pump (impeller): directly driven by a motor, producing pressure oil.
     Cylinder assembly: including piston, connecting rod, and balance chamber (supporting installation at any angle of 0-180 °); Internally filled with specialized hydraulic oil (such as No. 20 engine oil).
     Sealing system: Double sealed structure+stainless steel fasteners to prevent leakage and corrosion.
     Mechanical execution part:
     Push rod: surface plated with hard chrome, vertical force output thrust; After power outage, reset by load spring and gravity.
     Control valve/reset mechanism: Adjust stroke and thrust to achieve the logic of "power on extension (release) → power off retraction (hold brake)".
