Cantilever Tower Girder Crane

     Due to the large span of the gantry crane produced by CTECH Machinery SDN BHD, the operating mechanism of the crane mostly adopts a separate driving method to prevent the crane from tilting and increasing resistance.
     The lifting trolley of the gantry crane runs on the bridge, and some lifting trolleys are just arm type cranes. The support legs on both sides of the bridge are usually rigid support legs; When the span exceeds 30 meters, one side is usually a rigid support leg, while the other side is connected to a flexible support leg through a ball joint and bridge frame, making the gantry a static system. 

     This can avoid additional stress caused by lateral thrust under external loads and compensate for longitudinal temperature deformation of the bridge frame. The gantry crane has a large windward area and is equipped with an anemometer and a crane rail clamp interlocked with the operating mechanism to prevent sliding or overturning under strong winds.
     The bridge frame can have no cantilever at both ends; It can also have a cantilever at one end or both ends to expand the scope of work. The half gantry crane bridge has legs at one end and no legs at the other end, and runs directly on the high platform.
