Summary: Electric motor drives the hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure oil, which drives the cylinder piston to move in a straight line and ultimately outputs thrust or tension.
Electric hydraulic thruster is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Its core consists of four parts: motor, hydraulic pump, oil cylinder, and control system.
Its working principle can be summarized as follows: the electric motor drives the hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure oil, which drives the cylinder piston to move in a straight line and ultimately outputs thrust or tension.
The specific process is as follows:
1. Power input: The 380V AC motor (rated power 0.37-7.5kW) starts and drives the bidirectional gear pump or plunger pump to work.
2. Hydraulic conversion: The pump pressurizes the oil to 6.3-16MPa (depending on the model), and controls the direction of the oil circuit through a directional valve.
3. Mechanical output: High pressure oil pushes the piston rod, generating a thrust range of 5-50kN, typically 50-400mm.
Key technical features and performance advantages
1. Efficient and energy-saving: Adopting an integrated design, the energy conversion efficiency reaches over 85%, saving 30% energy compared to traditional pneumatic systems.
2. Precise control: Equipped with displacement sensors and pressure feedback systems, the repeatability accuracy can reach ± 0.1mm.
3. Environmental adaptability: Stable operation at -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, protection level IP65, suitable for harsh environments such as metallurgy and mining.
