Rail Transit Vehicle Brake

Overview:
     The tread unit brake is a modular railway locomotive and vehicle braking device that integrates a brake cylinder, brake multiplier mechanism, brake shoe clearance adjuster, and parking brake (optional).
     It is powered by compressed air, which causes the brake shoes to press against the wheel tread and generate friction to achieve deceleration or parking. It is widely used in rail transit, locomotives, and small trains.  
Features:
     Integrated design: Integrating brake cylinders, action rods, brake shoe supports and other components into one unit, with a compact structure and space saving.
     Efficient braking: Adopting a wedge-shaped force amplification mechanism, the piston is pushed by air pressure to double the braking force and apply it to the wheels.
     Versatile functions: including service braking and some models with parking braking functions (such as applying parking braking through springs).
     Automatic adjustment: Integrated clearance adjustment mechanism to adapt to changes in brake shoe wear and ensure constant braking clearance.
