Overview
Crane motor is an electric motor that provides the power for crane's functions, such as lifting and lowering loads, and moving trolley and bridge along crane runway.
CTECH Machinery Sdn Bhd mainly produces high-performing drive customized ABM motor, VERLINDE, SEW motor and DEMAG motor, so as to meet specific needs of crane lifting, hoisting and moving loads.
Functional features
● Wound induction motor: realize smooth operation and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
● Frequency conversion motor: suitable for frequent starting, braking, overload, reverse, overspeed, shock and vibration work needs, and can withstand thermal loads.
● Three-in-one gear motor: integrate the motor, reducer, and brake together to achieve the function of reducing speed and increasing torque.
Application areas
● Overhead crane and gantry crane for lifting, slewing (rotating), long travel drive, cross travel drive, main hoist, auxiliary hoist.
● Material handling equipment as various conveyors and rolling mills.
● Suited for electrically operated machinery such as elevators, rudders, and operating grippers.
Service conditions
(1) The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ for F-class insulated motors and 60 ℃ for H-class insulated motors.
(2) Relative temperature ≤ 90%.
(3) The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
(4) Frequent starting, braking (electrical or mechanical), and reversing.
