     Key Features and Operation:

     Primary Function: Operates as a holding brake, safely stopping mechanisms and keeping loads secured when the motor is turned off.

     Actuation: Driven by an electrohydraulic thruster (like a ТЭГ). When power is supplied, the thruster pushes against the brake's springs, releasing the brake shoes from the drum. When power is cut, the springs force the shoes onto the drum to brake the machinery.
