Main features of DZS3 series power-off brake:
Working Principle: Power-on release (disengagement), power-off spring braking. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force attracts the armature to release the brake; when power is cut off, spring pressure generates friction to engage the brake, featuring a fail-safe protection function.

Note:
1) The braking torque can be appropriately increased and needs to be customized.
2) The working voltage is 99V and 170V, which can be matched with our company's rectifier. Users can provide their own 24V power supply or customize other voltages.
3) δ max is the maximum working air gap of the brake. If it exceeds this value, it should be adjusted in a timely manner, otherwise it may cause abnormal operation of the brake.
4) Customizable silent power-off brake.

Note:
1) The installation shaft hole can be customized to be smaller than the size listed in the table.
2) Equipped with variable frequency motor, D6 can be customized according to encoder requirements.

Key points for installation and maintenance:
1. Cleaning requirements: The friction plate and armature surface must be free of oil stains and must be kept dry and clean.
2. Air gap adjustment: During installation, the specified air gap "δ" must be ensured. If the air gap increases after wear, it needs to be readjusted, otherwise it will affect the braking effect.
3. Fastening methods: After installation, the hollow bolt must be unscrewed and locked onto the rear cover or flange of the motor.
4. Axis restriction: The gear sleeve must not have axial movement, and the tran.
