Locomotive Track Unit Brake

     Track unit brake is a device integrating brake cylinder, force amplifier and gap adjuster. It has obvious effect on reducing vehicle weight, evenly distributing power, improving bogie dynamic performance and reducing maintenance

     The braking system of the train is flexible in operation, fast in braking deceleration, sensitive and reliable in action. The braking and mitigation effects of the front and rear vehicles of the train (or EMU) are consistent, and the impact between the front and rear vehicles is small during braking and mitigation.

     For the emerging urban rail transit vehicles, it is generally required to have the power braking ability, and in the normal braking process, the power braking ability should be exerted as much as possible to reduce the pollution of the urban environment and reduce the operating cost. At the same time, it should have the combined braking ability of dynamic braking and friction braking.
