Overview:

     The industrial gears of the palm oil plant produced by CTECH Machinery SDN BHD are mainly used for power transmission and deceleration transmission in various sections of the production line. The core is to drive the pressing, conveying, stirring and other equipment to operate stably under high temperature, high corrosion, and strong friction conditions. ‌‌

     In palm oil factories, industrial gears are mainly used in various transmission devices on the processing production line. The core is to adjust the speed and torque of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of processes such as crushing, pressing, and separation. Simply put, wherever motor power needs to be transmitted, it is almost impossible to do without a gearbox. ‌‌
Main application scenarios
     Squeezing section: The fruit shell pressing equipment and screw pressing equipment require high torque and low-speed power output, and the gearbox is responsible for the core deceleration transmission function here.
     Conveying and transmission section: The material conveyors, chains, belts, and other transmission devices on the production line are matched with speed and torque through gearboxes to ensure continuous material conveying.
     Supporting linkage equipment: The gear transmission parts of mixing equipment, centrifuges, pumps and other supporting equipment are also lubricated with industrial gear oil synchronously. ‌‌

The basic structure of industrial gearboxes used in palm oil factories:
   1. Gears and gear shafts: This is the core of transmitting power. The gears and gear shafts of palm oil specific gearboxes (such as the JPOKE/JPOSP series) are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy carburizing steel (such as 17CrNiMo6), which has undergone carburizing, quenching, and grinding treatment. The tooth surface hardness is about 60 ± 2HRC, and the accuracy is not lower than ISO level 6 to ensure wear resistance and smooth transmission.
   2‌. Shaft system and bearings: High speed shaft systems usually use tapered roller bearings with high rotational accuracy, while low-speed shaft systems use double row spherical roller bearings with strong load-bearing capacity to withstand the huge radial forces and impacts generated by pressing. The low-speed shaft itself is commonly made of 42CrMoA alloy steel, which has been quenched and tempered to enhance its toughness.
   3. Box body: The box body material is mostly made of HT250 cast iron, cast with metal mold resin sand to ensure strength and internal quality. The box design is often made into a symmetrical or split structure, so that the installation layout can be changed without dismantling the box, and it is also convenient for maintenance. Partial modular design can even achieve six sides of the shell as input and output surfaces.
   4. Sealing and lubrication system: Palm oil processing sites are prone to dust and oil pollution, so high and low-speed shaft oil seals use double lip oil seals, and if necessary, grease sealing structures may be added to cope with complex environments. In terms of lubrication, such equipment usually uses oil bath or splash lubrication. For tropical regions, it is recommended to use high viscosity lubricants such as ISO VG 460. ‌‌

Structural design features:
     Multi stage reduction: Palm oil presses require low speed and high torque, so this type of gearbox is mostly a 3-stage transmission, with a reduction ratio usually around 55 to 80.
    Installation and layout: Two installation methods are available, horizontal and vertical, to accommodate different layouts of oil presses.
     Modular design: Modern industrial gearboxes commonly adopt modular design, which combines different casings and gears to cover a wide range of specifications and speed ratios with fewer parts, making it convenient to match oil presses with different processing capacities. ‌‌
