Working tenets:

      The motor drives the oil pump to rotate. The pump sucks oil from the oil tank and pumps oil. The mechanical energy is converted into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is adjusted by the hydraulic valve through the manifold block (or valve combination), and then transmitted to the oil cylinder or oil horse of the hydraulic machinery through the external pipeline, so as to control the direction change of the hydraulic motor, the size of the force, the speed and the promotion all kinds of hydraulic machinery do work.

      The hydraulic station is an independent hydraulic device. It supplies oil according to the requirements of the driving device (host), and controls the direction, pressure and flow of the oil flow.

      It is applicable to various hydraulic machinery which can be separated from the main engine and the hydraulic device. The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil tank to pump oil, which converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil.

Instruction for use:

    1. In the process of work, if the pipeline oil leakage and other abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine immediately for maintenance;

    2. In order to prolong the service life of hydraulic oil, the oil temperature should be less than 65 ℃; the quality of hydraulic oil should be checked every three months, and it should be replaced every half a year to a year depending on the quality of hydraulic oil;

    3. The oil level of the oil tank should be replenished in time, so as to avoid the oil level gauge meeting the requirements;

    4. Clean or replace the oil filter regularly;

    5. Keep the working environment of hydraulic station clean and tidy.
