Product features
This sort of brake is such a failure protection disc brake that enjoys reputation with flexibility, stability, high sensitivity and production safety. Moreover, it is competitive in the price and superior in the quality owing to the excellent quality guarantee as well as the management policy, which will occupies high occuring freqwuency of dis brake.
Working brake
High braking force, low maintenance cost, with automatic compensation device for pad wear (stable braking torque), short response time.
Large installation tolerance, brake disc end face runout: maximum value: ± 0.2mm. The verticality deviation of the base relative to the disc: maximum value: ±4‰.
The center distance deviation of the brake disc relative to the base: maximum value: ±2.5mm.
Safety brake
Large braking force, the same as the working brake.
When overspeed is detected, it is used as an emergency brake. Under normal circumstances, the static brake has a short response time.
Large installation tolerance, brake disc end face runout: maximum value: ±0.2mm. The verticality deviation of the base relative to the disc: ±0.4%.
All SE series are electromagnetic release. A matching power supply ESE/ES is required for operation.
Additional devices
According to different needs of users, the following devices can be installed:
Pad wear display (realized by display switch or wear line in pad).
Brake display (realized by display switch).
Manual release display (realized by display switch)
Special applications: sintered pads for very high disc temperature, special pads (no sparks, etc.); special discs (thickness, diameter, material, etc.).
Usage conditions
*Ambient temperature: -20℃ -50℃. There must be no flammable or explosive gases in the surrounding working environment.
*The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%.
*The altitude of the place of use complies with GB755-2000.
*Anti-corrosion products should be used for outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media.

All SE series brakes are electromagnetic released. There must be a matching power supply ESE/ESP when working;
All SH series one is mainly ST series which is hydraulic release. Work with hydraulic station;
All SP series are pneumatic release (5bar);
Remarks: ST1SE and ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. When working frequency is very low, it can also be used as working brakes.

Note: The brake must be equipped with a special power supply, see the supporting power supply for details;
The product is updated please pay attention to the latest version.
In the usual sense, SE series fit into the same overall pattern of the matched power ESE or ESP; in actual practice, it embraces a core concept built around the principle of spring braking, electric and hydraulic release.
