Marine Crane Drum Brake

Application:
     Electric wheel side brakes are mainly used for windproof braking of outdoor large and medium-sized cranes and port loading and unloading machinery under working conditions and auxiliary windproof braking under non working conditions.
     Electric wheel brakes are generally only used on passive wheels and perform direct braking, which can effectively prevent the wheels being braked from rolling displacement under wind force. 

     The windproof foundation is the same as the hydraulic wheel edge brake series, with the difference being the use of direct electric drive.

The electric opening method achieves oil-free operation, avoiding phenomena such as brake failure caused by aging of oil pipes, seals, and hydraulic components, and avoiding environmental pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage;
     The electromagnet maintains an open state, reducing the energy consumption of the brake being in an open state for a long time;
▲ High performance asbestos free friction pad with high and stable friction coefficient, insensitive to water and salt spray (seawater);  Equipped with a manual release device, it can achieve separate release of the brake for easy maintenance.

    Protection level: IP65.
◆ Adaptive work system: Continuous work system S1-100%; Intermittent work S3-60%;          The working frequency shall not exceed 400 times per hour.
