Introduction:
Hydraulic rail jacking device is a windproof and anti-skid device used for outdoor large and medium-sized cranes (gantry cranes, loading and unloading bridges, bucket wheel machines). It usually tightens the track during equipment operation or non operation to prevent equipment slippage caused by strong winds.
The hydraulic top rail actuator consists of a hydraulic pump station and an oil cylinder. It uses hydraulic pressure to press the top brake block onto the track, generating high friction to achieve braking. It is a critical safety component.
Main functions and features:
Efficient braking: specifically designed for outdoor rail mounted machinery such as port loading and unloading machinery and gantry cranes, providing a strong windproof and safe defense line.
System composition: usually includes hydraulic cylinders, brake pads, housing (fixed structure), and hydraulic drive pump station.
Usage conditions:
Environmental temperature: 0 ℃ -40 ℃.
Hydraulic station drive power supply: generally used for three-phase AC380V, 50Hz (if other voltages are required, please specify in advance when ordering).
Hydraulic station control power supply: AC220V, 50Hz
Limit switch power supply: AC125V-250V.
Applicable working mode: intermittent, short-term action, low frequency.
Application Scenario:
Mainly used for auxiliary windproof braking of large cranes in non working conditions, as well as main windproof braking in working conditions.
