1) Brief introduction:
    Disc brake of YPZ2 series is such a brake of hoisting crane transport that can ont only provide requisite for advanced function of hydraulic disc brake, but also can bring tangible benefits to large-scale modern machine, which stands on a more solid basis and enjoys even more robust growth. With the strong emphasis on development of electro-hydraulic disc brake, this sort has been received increased attention.

     Braking frame assembly
     Control device
3) Scope of application: 

     Loading and unloading machinery of heavy equipment; lifting and transporting machinery of large device;  mining facility
4)  Optimal additional devices:

     * First of all, the automatic compensation device for brake pad wear can keep the pad retreat and brake torque constant in the use process;

     * Secondly, some additional functions can be realized by adding additional devices;

     * In addition, the release and close limit switch can be added to display whether the brake is normally released or closed;

     * More importantly, the brake pad wear limit switch can be installed to display the brake signal when the brake pad wear to the limit;

     * Finally, we adopt the Ed series propeller of the delay valve to realize the delay closure of the brakes and smooth braking.

8) Using condition:
    The first of all, the air relative humidity is not more than 90%;
     Secondly, it is mostly used in 50HZ,380V in three-phase AC power;
     Thirdly, the altitude conforms to standard of GB755-2000.
