Pneumatic brake also known as ventilation brake, which means that there is a full air pressure through ventilation to close the inlay to achieve braking effect, which is widely used in industry. Basic parts:

Major application:

      Pneumatic brake is widely used in machine tools, motors, packaging machinery, printing machinery, paper-making machinery, textile machinery, office equipment, metallurgical machinery, tobacco machinery, automatic production equipment and woodworking machinery.

Working principle:

     * The working principle of pneumatic brake is to input pressure gas into the air bag of the pneumatic brake, so as to push the piston to move in a straight line, so as to lower the friction block of the brake and press the brake wheel to produce friction and brake function. 

     * The pneumatic brake is connected by air pressure and released by return spring. The disc slides along the axis direction by air pressure and contacts the friction plate.

Operating condition:

      Ambient temperature: - 5 ℃ - 40 ℃, working pressure: ≤ 7bar;

     Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be anti-corrosion products;

     The air source shall be free from oil, water and other impurities.

Instruction for employing:

    1. Safety cover with good ventilation or other safety measures.

    2. Pneumatic brakes must be used within the allowable coupling and braking workload. In the process of operation, if it is used beyond the allowable connecting braking workload, the heat will increase, and the friction surface will turn red and hot. If it is too hot, it is very likely to cause fire.

     In addition, it will directly affect the performance of the pneumatic brake, so please be sure to use it within the allowable braking work.

     3. Do not increase the number of revolutions by exceeding the allowable rotation number.

      If it is used beyond the allowable rotation number, the vibration will become larger. According to the situation, it may cause damage, flying and other very dangerous conditions.

      Please be sure to use it under the allowable rotation number and set the protective cover.
