Product introduction:
The foot pedal variable frequency variable force brake mainly consists of modules such as brake frame, variable frequency thruster, variable frequency speed control box, foot pedal controller, and operation control box. Multiple functions can be combined to adapt to different working conditions.
The braking function of the brake is achieved through two methods: foot pedal control and manual control, which can be freely switched. The foot pedal controller can timely control the magnitude of braking torque and braking time; Manual control can achieve short-term continuous braking and reduce the intensity of parking brake operation.
The variable frequency thruster operates under the S3 working mode, and can automatically achieve self-locking braking through an electrically controlled self-locking mechanism in the event of power failure or shutdown (the micro motor is powered by a backup battery); It can also be manually controlled to achieve self-locking or opening.
The electric wear automatic compensation device has high compensation accuracy, accurate and reliable action, and long service life. The brake bracket is suitable for horizontal installation, and can be designed according to the installation structure of the upper box of the revolving mechanism of the gantry crane. It can also be specially designed according to on-site installation requirements.
Performance characteristics:
1. The pedal frequency conversion variable force brake can change the magnitude of the braking torque and braking time in a timely manner by changing the stepping amplitude of the pedal controller. The brake action is sensitive, and the braking torque increases and decreases rapidly. The unique torque loader design ensures that there is no impact on the braking combination, achieving soft braking.
2. The foot pedal controller is designed based on ergonomics. Long pedal type, operating pressure 20N-60N, easy to step on and feels stable. Manual control can reduce the intensity of operation during short-term continuous braking, and the torque can be adjusted by manually twisting.
3. The brake handwheel can achieve automatic self-locking braking in case of power failure, shutdown, or malfunction, and automatically open when started; It can also be manually controlled to achieve self-locking and opening; In emergency situations, the brake handwheel can also be manually rotated to achieve self-locking and opening. When the self-locking mechanism brakes, the working braking delay is 1.5 seconds, and the torque increase time is 0.5 seconds; Fully open for no more than 2 seconds. The automatic and manual functions can be freely switched.
4. Adopting a well-known brand's variable frequency controller to control the new PED variable frequency thruster, achieving the requirements of high torque, high precision, wide speed regulation, and frequent starting;
Instant stop without stopping (the variable frequency control module of the power outage system can work normally within 1 second) requirements; It can also achieve multi drive synchronous control, with good synchronization and stable braking torque without degradation.
The control system consists of a frequency conversion control module, an operation monitoring module, a DC power management and DC motor control module, and a system safety operation protection module, and is equipped with output (MA, MB, MC) interfaces for easy online control of the system; Multiple status indications facilitate operation.
5. The PEd variable frequency thruster is designed according to the DIN15430 standard, using a fully sealed single push rod structure and a high-pressure cast aluminum alloy shell; Non oil immersed variable frequency motor, F-class insulation; IP65 protection level. The seals and bearings are made of internationally renowned brands, with excellent performance and long service life.
6. The brake bracket is suitable for horizontal installation and can be designed according to on-site installation requirements, with simple installation; The brake bracket is equipped with a self resetting mechanism to ensure rapid resetting.
The brake pad is equipped with an automatic following device and is embedded with plug-in brake pads for quick installation and easy replacement.
Working principle and application:
The controller adjusts the output frequency by changing the amplitude of the foot pedal controller, and continuously adjusts the speed of the thruster motor, thereby changing the magnitude and rise time of the thruster thrust and achieving the adjustment of the braking torque.
Applying the controller to brake products can achieve synchronous control of multiple drives under working conditions, and the braking torque is linearly related to the pedal amplitude.
