1. Disc brake: Friction is generated through the contact between the brake shoe and the brake disc. The design principle is "spring pressure, hydraulic release", which means braking by spring force and releasing by hydraulic thrust, ensuring automatic brake holding in the event of pressure loss.

1. Total braking torque: When all brakes are put into use, the total braking torque generated must be three times the torque generated by the maximum static tension difference of the hoist.
2. Emergency braking deceleration: Due to the influence of load and running direction, the deceleration should be strictly controlled between 1.5m/s ^ 2 and 5.0m/s ^ 2.
3. Circuit redundancy: It is necessary to have independent safety braking and working braking circuits, and there should be more than two safety braking oil leakage circuits to prevent single point failures.
