Core components of the system:
   1. Disc brake: Friction is generated through the contact between the brake shoe and the brake disc. The design principle is "spring pressure, hydraulic release", which means braking by spring force and releasing by hydraulic thrust, ensuring automatic brake holding in the event of pressure loss.
   2. Hydraulic station: As a power source, it provides the pressure oil required for braking and releasing. High performance hydraulic stations have functions such as constant braking torque and secondary braking, which can prevent excessive mechanical impact caused by rapid deceleration.
   3. Electronic control unit: responsible for receiving operation instructions (such as work braking, safety braking), and monitoring the wear of brake shoes, spring fatigue, oil pressure, and other states of the brake.
Safety regulations:
   1. Total braking torque: When all brakes are put into use, the total braking torque generated must be three times the torque generated by the maximum static tension difference of the hoist.
   2. Emergency braking deceleration: Due to the influence of load and running direction, the deceleration should be strictly controlled between 1.5m/s ^ 2 and 5.0m/s ^ 2.
   3. Circuit redundancy: It is necessary to have independent safety braking and working braking circuits, and there should be more than two safety braking oil leakage circuits to prevent single point failures.

     It belongs to a normally closed structure and has reliable parking performance；
     The asbestos free brake pad is a plug-in type, which is easy and fast to replace；
     Release the limit switch to display the signal indicating whether the brake is released normally.
Usage conditions:
     The working environment temperature should not exceed 40 ° C；
     An environment without sufficient gas and dust to corrode metal；
     There should be no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases in the surrounding working environment, otherwise anti-corrosion products should be used；
     In situations where there is no significant shaking, severe vibration, or impact.
