Hoist roller

Overview

The hoist roller is the core component of the lifting mechanism, which mainly functions to wind and store steel wire ropes, and control the lifting of the lifting object through the retraction and extension of the steel wire ropes.

CTECH Machinery Sdn Bhd can produce spring drums, electric drums, and pneumatic drums, and can also produce bearings that reduce friction between the drum shaft and the bearing seat, making the drum rotation of the crane lifting mechanism smoother.

Gray cast iron HT200: shock absorption and wear resistance;

Working principle

Innovative solutions

1) CTECH Machinery Sdn Bhd guarantees that the steel wire rope retains sufficient safety rings on the drum, and there is anti loosening or self tightening performance on the fixing device at the end of the steel wire rope.

2) CTECH Machinery Sdn Bhd usually uses smooth rolls without spiral grooves, and the ends of the drum body are equipped with flanges to prevent the steel wire rope from slipping out.
