ТЭ Hydraulic Propulsion Pusher

Overview:

     The main function of hydraulic pushers is the conversion of electricity into mechanical energy. The pusher mechanism is represented by an engine, a piston with a rod, an impeller and a bearing shield. 

     Device maintenance is a complex process, often reduced to an elementary fluid replacement.

Peculiar application:

     The TE hydraulic pusher is used to activate spring-loaded brakes on lifting and transport machines and to drive automatic mechanisms in moderate, cold, and tropical climates. 

     It operates on a 50Hz, 380V AC power supply in intermittent mode with a duty cycle of 60%. The TE-16 hydraulic pusher is prohibited from use in areas where explosive gases, as well as corrosive gases and steam, may form.

     Due to the strengthening of the structural parts of the nodes, the service life of the equipment has been significantly increased

Using conditions:
     1) The U2 model is designed for a temperature of +40 - -15.
     2) Model HL2 - temperature +40 - -60.
     3) Humidity within 80% if the temperature is +20; 100% if the temperature is +25.
     4) The medium cannot contain aggressive gases, the concentration of which is associated with the ability to destroy metal.
     5) The conditions of 100% explosion safety must be met.
     6) Operation of the TE hydraulic pusher at low temperatures under the condition of transformer oil replacement takes place.
