Trolley wheel

Overview

The wheel of crane trolley is key component for the crane to travel on the track, and its rolling enables safe movement of trolley.

CTECH Machinery Sdn Bhd selects different heat treatment methods and materials to produce and manufacture the walking wheels of the crane trolley according to the level requirements of heavy load, standard or high-intensity work of crane. 

Specific classification

● Driving mode: manually driven small wheel and electric or hydraulic driven wheel;

● Application scenario: the wheels of electric hoists, the end truck wheels of gantry cranes, metallurgical crane wheels and the wheels of port cranes; 

● Bearing capacity: alloy steel wheel, cast iron wheel and forging crane wheel

Manufacturing procedures

1) Free forged or module forged;

2) Rough machining process, to remove the surface forged oxidized black leather;

3) 100% ultrasonic test;

4) Heat treatment according to request of normalized, quenched and tempered;

5) Hardness test;

6) Finishing process to the dimensional state required by the drawing;

7) 100% magnetic test and overall dimensional test;

8) Professional painting;

9) Packing
