Steel Bars Tower Crane

How to install bridge tower crane:
    1) Basic preparation: Confirm that the concrete foundation strength is ≥ 75% of the design value, the position of embedded parts is accurate, the levelness is ≤ 1/1000, and the ground bearing capacity meets the design requirements.
    2) Installation of tower body standard section and lifting frame: Use an auxiliary crane to first install the foundation section (with the step facing the building), and then insert the lifting frame with hydraulic system (with the oil cylinder aligned with the step side).
    3) Lifting the slewing assembly: Assemble the lower support, slewing bearing, slewing mechanism, and driver's cab on the ground, lift them as a whole to the top of the tower body, and connect them to the frame with a pin shaft.
    4) Installation of tower cap and balance arm: Lift the tower cap (align the direction of the lifting arm with the upper support), then lift the balance arm (connect the tension rod and temporarily fix it), and first install some counterweights (usually 1 piece, according to the instructions).
    5) Lifting boom: assembled on the ground (including variable amplitude trolley and pull rod), lifted as a whole or in sections, hinged to the rotating tower body and lifted, connected to the pull rod to the tower cap, slowly lowered to apply force to the pull rod.

    6) Install the counterweight: Fill in the remaining balance weight according to the instructions, lock and fix it.
    7) Lifting and adding sections: When the wind speed is less than level 4, use a hydraulic system to install standard sections section by section to the required height. For each additional section, tighten high-strength bolts and measure the verticality (deviation ≤ 1/500).
    8) Debugging and acceptance: threading steel wire rope, connecting power, testing lifting/amplitude/rotation limit and torque/weight limiter, no-load+rated load trial operation, and can only be used after passing the acceptance of the legal testing agency. ‌‌
