Port Tower Crane Wedge Brake

The core application scenario of the windproof iron wedge brake:
     Ports and terminals: Ensure absolute safety of container cranes and ship loaders in strong winds and typhoons along the coast.
     Freight yard and railway: prevent the gantry cranes in open-air freight yards from being displaced or overturned by gusts of wind.

Working mechanism and characteristics:
    1) Windproof braking: When the equipment is powered off or stationary, the wedge-shaped iron block (iron wedge) is pressed onto the steel rail by spring force or electric hydraulic push rod, and the self-locking effect is used to prevent the crane from sliding.
    2) Linkage protection: often used in combination with anchoring devices, windproof cables, etc., to enhance the windproof level under extreme weather conditions.
    3) Automatic release: equipped with a release limit switch and manual release function, convenient for daily maintenance and system interlock protection.
