Hydraulic safety brakes are mainly installed on low-speed shafts of machinery (such as drum shafts) as emergency safety brakes or working brakes. The core application scenarios are as follows:
Large and medium-sized cranes: used for lifting low-speed shafts of the lifting mechanism to ensure load stability and safety.
Port loading and unloading machinery: Used for emergency safety braking of low-speed shafts in lifting mechanisms and boom pitch mechanisms.
Mining and lifting equipment: suitable for working braking and emergency safety braking of mining hoists, winches, and high-power inclined belt conveyors.
Special lifting equipment: including low-speed shaft safety braking for lifting mechanisms of special cranes such as casting cranes.
Cable system: used for ensuring the safety braking of cable cars and cable crane drive mechanisms.
This brake adopts a normally closed design (disc spring force, hydraulic release), which is particularly suitable for heavy-duty low-speed situations with high safety requirements and the need to prevent overspeed or power failure from falling.
