Summary: ТЭ crane pulley pusher (or TE Series Electro-Hydraulic Thruster) is an industrial drive mechanism used to automatically engage and release spring-loaded brakes on heavy-duty machinery.
The device combines a motor, centrifugal pump, and cylinder into a compact unit. When powered on, the pump forces hydraulic fluid to push a piston rod upward. This rod acts against the brake's springs, compressing them and releasing the brake pads from the brake wheel.
When power is turned off, the hydraulic pressure drops, and the springs apply the brakes to safely stop the machinery.
The ТЭ push rod (electro-hydraulic push rod/hydraulic push rod) is a compact linear drive device that integrates a motor, centrifugal pump, and oil cylinder. It is widely used in the following scenarios:
The core drive of industrial brakes: widely used in supporting cranes, winches, and conveyors with spring type air/block brakes (such as TKG series), which release and hold the brake through the extension and retraction of the push rod.
Crane and material handling machinery: Provides reliable mechanical braking and motion control in heavy equipment such as bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and bucket wheel machines.
Industrial valve and gate control: used for remote control or automation of various industrial pipeline valves, chute baffles, silo gates, etc.
Metallurgical and mining equipment: driving flipping mechanisms, rotating devices, and various clamping control devices.
