ТКП Solenoid Cantilever Crane Brake

     The electromagnetic coil brake of the ТКП series is usually used in heavy-duty cranes, referring to lifting equipment with a rated lifting capacity of large (generally ≥ 50 tons, and super heavy can reach thousands of tons), used for lifting major equipment or large-scale engineering construction. Its classification is mainly based on two dimensions: structural form and walking chassis:
1) Classified by structural form
     Arm type crane: With a revolving arm as the core and flexible operation, it is the main force for heavy lifting. Including crawler cranes (with the strongest lifting capacity of over 3000 tons, suitable for soft ground), all terrain cranes (taking into account road travel and heavy lifting, multi bridge drive), tower cranes (including large tonnage boom tower cranes, used for super high-rise building construction), and gantry cranes (for port heavy loading and unloading).
     Bridge type crane: carried by the bridge structure, suitable for heavy load handling in fixed places. Including metallurgical bridge cranes (for lifting molten steel and heavy steel, with a lifting capacity of hundreds of tons), shipbuilding gantry cranes (specifically designed for shipyards, with extremely large lifting capacity and wide span), and large tonnage general-purpose gantry cranes. ‌‌
2) Classified by chassis and movement mode
     Crawler type: With a large grounding area, excellent stability, and the ability to carry loads, it is the preferred choice for ultra heavy lifting (such as wind power and petrochemical equipment), but it needs to be disassembled and transported for transfer.
     Wheeled (mobile): including all terrain cranes and truck cranes. The all terrain crane is equipped with multi axle steering and oil-gas suspension, and has both off-road and highway performance. Large tonnage models (such as the 1000 ton class) are typical heavy equipment; Automobile cranes are limited by their chassis, and super large tonnage is rare.
     Track type: such as bridge erecting machines and shore container cranes, running along fixed tracks with high load-bearing capacity, specifically designed for linear engineering projects such as railways and ports. ‌‌
