Cement Rail Bridge Crane

     Cement plants mainly use the following types of cranes based on different production processes (raw material storage, firing system, finished product packaging, and off-site transportation):
     1) Grab bucket bridge/gantry crane: This is the most essential equipment for raw material storage, coal powder storage, and cement storage in cement plants. Equipped with dedicated grab buckets for automatic stacking, retrieval, and feeding of bulk materials such as limestone, clay, and coal, modern factories often adopt intelligent unmanned control systems.
     2) Double beam bridge crane (crane): widely installed in workshops such as raw material mills, cement mills, and rotary kiln maintenance platforms. Mainly used for the installation and daily maintenance of large equipment such as heavy-duty motors, reducers, kiln lining plates, etc., with a lifting capacity usually ranging from 10 tons to 100 tons.
     3) Portal crane (gantry crane): mainly used for outdoor storage yards (such as limestone pre homogenization yard) or cement shipping platforms. Used for outdoor storage of bulk materials or loading and unloading of containers/bulk trucks, with large spans and high lifting capacity. ‌‌
     4) Cantilever crane: installed at specific workstations (such as pump rooms, small maintenance rooms), used for lifting small tonnage (0.5t-5t), high-frequency components, with strong flexibility.
     5) Mobile crane (truck crane/crawler crane): Non fixed installation, mainly used for temporary lifting operations during large-scale equipment maintenance, kiln body replacement, or new line construction.
     6) Balance crane/power assisted robotic arm: used in packaging workshops or laboratories to assist in handling small and medium weight items such as cement bags and sample barrels, reducing manual labor intensity. ‌‌
