Dock Spring Crane Rail Clamp

     The rail clamp is specifically designed for outdoor rail cranes (such as gantry, bridge, and tower cranes) as a windproof and anti-skid safety device, clamping the track to prevent equipment from sliding during strong winds or shutdowns. ‌‌
     Core scenario: Track walking mechanisms in ports, docks, shipyards, yards, and large construction sites for outdoor operations;
     Timing of action: When the crane stops working or the wind speed reaches 6-7 levels, it automatically/manually clamps the track, and automatically releases when walking;
     Target audience: Mainly used for supporting large electric cranes (such as QU70-QU120, P38-P50 and other specifications of rails), achieving high clamping force (such as 100KN level) and power-off self-locking protection through hydraulic spring mechanism. ‌‌
     This model is usually a spring hydraulic type with track floating adjustment function, which needs to be interlocked with the crane for travel control, and is not used indoors or without track equipment.
