     In terms of the braking body, the vertical plate frame and the base are welded with high-strength steel plates, which have strong rigidity and excellent deformation resistance, and are not prone to loosening or deformation problems during long-term operation; The brake shoes use riveted brake pads (asbestos brake bands) with high friction coefficient, good wear resistance, and can be quickly replaced to reduce maintenance costs.
     The power control unit is equipped with MZD single-phase AC brake electromagnet, which is safe and reliable, with low electromagnetic noise and fast response speed. It can switch between power on release and power-off braking in milliseconds, and is suitable for high-frequency start stop working conditions. In the brake execution unit, the main spring is made of high elasticity alloy material and installed above the vertical plate frame. 

     When the power is cut off, the spring force drives the brake shoe to hold the brake wheel tightly, achieving reliable braking; The adjustment lever can accurately adjust the brake shoe clearance and stroke, ensuring that the brake shoes on both sides are evenly stressed and the braking is smooth without deviation.
