Summary: The AC electromagnetic block brake belongs to the normally closed brake, mainly used for operating frequent and fast starting mechanical equipment. When the equipment is running, the electromagnetic iron is energized, and the movable armature is engaged to release the brake; When the machine stops, the electromagnet loses power and the spring force keeps the brake in a tight state.
The AC electromagnetic block brake is mainly used for mechanical equipment that operates frequently and starts quickly. Drive the moving parts to decelerate, stop or maintain a stopped state through electromagnetic force.
This brake is usually installed on the high-speed shaft of equipment, with an ambient temperature range of -20 ℃ to+50 ℃, a power supply of three-phase AC 380V/50Hz (voltage wave ± 10%~-15%), suitable for altitudes ≤ 2500m and relative humidity ≤ 90%.
When the equipment is running, the electromagnetic iron is energized, and the movable armature is engaged to release the brake; When the machine stops, the electromagnet loses power and the spring force keeps the brake in a tight state. The product is suitable for high-frequency operation scenarios such as lifting and transportation machinery.
In industrial fields such as lifting, metallurgy, and mining, the stability and safety of braking systems are directly related to equipment operating efficiency and personnel safety. The electromagnetic block brake, with its mature design, stable performance, and convenient maintenance advantages, has become the preferred equipment for mechanical braking of industrial drive devices, widely adapting to various low-speed and high-frequency start stop working scenarios.
