Summary: The electromagnetic brake is an AC normally closed drum structure, with the core features of power-off automatic brake safety braking, energy saving and low noise, maintenance free hinge points, and standardized interchangeability. The energy-saving electromagnetic brake mainly consists of the following parts:
Magnetic yoke: The magnetic yoke is one of the main components of an electromagnetic brake, used to concentrate the magnetic field and reduce magnetic leakage.
Excitation coil: When energized, the excitation coil generates a magnetic field that attracts the armature.
Spring: In the power-off state, the spring provides braking force, ensuring that the brake disc is in close contact with the friction plate. The design of the spring must consider sufficient elasticity to overcome the inertia of the brake disc, while ensuring that it can quickly return to its original state during the braking process.
Brake disc: works in conjunction with friction plates to achieve braking through friction. Brake discs are usually made of high temperature resistant and wear-resistant materials to withstand the heat and friction generated during repeated braking processes.
Armature: When energized, the armature is subjected to electromagnetic force, achieving separation or contact with the brake disc. The design of the armature requires precise calculations to ensure rapid response under electromagnetic force, while ensuring stability and reliability during braking.
Spline sleeve and mounting screws: These components are responsible for connecting and fixing the electromagnetic brake to other mechanical parts. Their installation accuracy directly affects the performance and reliability of electromagnetic brakes.

High safety and reliability: Adopting a normally closed design, the brake is released when powered on and immediately locked by spring force when powered off. It automatically locks in case of power loss or malfunction to prevent heavy objects from slipping off the hook.

Strong installation interchangeability: The connection size and braking torque comply with JB/ZQ4388 and JB/T7685-2006 national standards, and can directly replace old style brakes of the same specifications.
Easy maintenance: The electromagnetic coil can be quickly replaced, and the brake pad clearance and torque adjustment mechanism are easy to operate.
