Track Truss beam Trolley Crane

Common models and structural characteristics of single beam cranes produced by CTECH Machinery SDN BHD:
     LD type (ordinary type): The most commonly used basic type, the electric hoist trolley runs on the lower flange of the main beam, and the main beam is mostly made of I-beam or box structure.
     LX type (suspension type): The track is suspended on the workshop load-bearing beam with I-beams, suitable for assembly line workshops without columns and low clearance.
     LDP type (angular trolley type): The electric hoist is located on one side of the upper part of the main beam, and the trolley structure moves upward. It belongs to the ultra-low clearance design, and the space below the hook is more fully utilized.
     LDC type (low clearance type): The hoist runs directly on the lower flange plate of the main beam, using a box shaped main beam, suitable for low rise buildings with limited factory height. ‌‌
Selection:
     Look at the factory structure: there are load-bearing cow leg columns and LD type for heavy-duty operations; LX suspension type is selected for those without columns and with limited floor height.
     Check the lifting capacity and span: LD type conventional 1-20t, span 6-28.5m; LX type maximum span is generally 16m.
     Environmental restrictions: Single beam cranes are prohibited from being used in environments with flammable, explosive, and corrosive media. ‌‌
     In addition to the common types mentioned above, there are also MH type electric hoist gantry crane (single beam gantry) and LH type electric hoist bridge crane (double beam). The former belongs to the gantry structure, while the latter has two main beams, strictly speaking, it is no longer considered a single beam.  
     In addition, the cross-sectional structural forms of the main beam itself are also distinguished, commonly including box structure, four truss structure, and hollow truss structure, among which box structure is further divided into normal track box structure and deviated track box structure.
