The thrust of the electric hydraulic push rod comes from the hydraulic oil pressure of the hydraulic system, while its driving part is controlled by an electric motor. The electric motor drives the hydraulic pump to press the hydraulic oil into the push rod, thereby pushing the piston inside the push rod to achieve displacement, thus achieving the desired mechanical action.
The working principle of the electric hydraulic push rod: It primarily consists of an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil pipelines, a push rod piston, and a control system. When the electric motor is started, it drives the hydraulic pump to operate, which pressurizes the oil and sends it through the pipelines into the interior of the push rod.
The piston inside the push rod generates thrust after being pressurized, thereby driving the external load to move. By controlling the speed of the electric motor and the flow rate of the hydraulic oil, the thrust and stroke of the push rod can be precisely controlled, thus achieving complex automation control tasks.
