Use of Bridge Crane Hoist Coupling

     The plum blossom coupling mainly plays a role in connecting the drive shaft and the working shaft, transmitting torque in cranes, and is particularly suitable for frequent starting and forward/reverse working conditions.
     Its unique plum blossom shaped elastic body can effectively buffer and reduce vibration, protect the crane motor, and compensate for radial, angular, and axial offsets between the two shafts, improving the reliability of the transmission system.  
     The specific function and characteristics of plum blossom coupling in cranes:
     Buffer and vibration reduction: Cranes (such as lifting and operating mechanisms) often require frequent starting, braking, or forward and reverse rotation. Plum blossom elastomer (polyurethane material) can absorb and dampen instantaneous impacts, reducing the damage of vibration to the driving device.
     Compensating for shaft offset: Due to installation errors, deformation or thermal deformation caused by excessive loads, there will be varying degrees of radial, axial or angular eccentricity between the two shafts, which can be automatically compensated by the Meihua elastic body.
     Safety and insulation: The plum blossom structure has high strength and good wear resistance. At the same time, elastic components can serve as electrical insulation to prevent minor electrical leakage during operation.
     Compact and easy to maintain structure: The plum blossom coupling has a small radial size, simple structure, and does not require lubrication, making it suitable for low-speed operation of lifting machinery with compact space and high reliability.
