Types of Trolley Reducer

     Common types and characteristics of reducers for double girder cranes:

     1 Heavy-duty crane reducer
     Suitable for lifting, operating, rotating, and variable amplitude mechanisms of cranes.
The gears are made of high-strength alloy steel quenched and tempered, with a compact structure, low noise, and long service life.
     The reduction ratio range is wide, with a working temperature of -40 ℃ to+45 ℃, and supports forward and reverse rotation.
     According to the carrying capacity, it is divided into super large (>150T), large (50-150T), medium (5-50T), and small (<5T)
     2 Hardened reducer
     Adopting carburizing quenching+grinding process, the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC54-62.
    The single-stage efficiency is as high as 0.98, and the total efficiency of the third stage is about 90%.
     The nominal transmission ratio range is 16-400, supporting three stage, four stage, or hybrid structures.
     Working conditions: gear circumferential speed ≤ 20 m/s, high-speed shaft speed ≤ 1500 r/min, ambient temperature -40 ℃~+45 ℃.
