Block Liner Brake

1) Salient features:

2) Using circumstance:

     1. Ambient temperature: - 20 ºC - 50 ºC;

     2. There shall be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the surrounding working environment, otherwise, anticorrosive products shall be used;

      3. The relative humidity of air is not more than 90%;

       4. The altitude of the site is GB755-2000.

3) Scope of utility:

     The electric hydraulic block brake is widely used in deceleration or parking braking of mechanical drive devices such as lifting, metallurgy, mining, port, wharf, construction machinery, etc.

6) Primary aspects:

    1. The thruster has been filled with hydraulic oil before leaving the factory, which is convenient for use;

     2. Clean without greasy dirt in surface of brake wheel, which is easy for customers to put it to use

      3. The brake is equipped with the adjustment device of the pad to make the brake pad and the surface of the brake wheel fit together to achieve the best state;

       4. The equidistant device is easy to operate.

7) Cardinal instructions for brake installation:

     According to the installation position of the brake in the main engine, the position of the tile following device and the offset equalizing device is determined;

     In order to make the brake pads on both sides of the brake fit with the brake wheel, rotate the pull rod and tighten the anchor bolts.

     When the lifting stroke of the thruster is less than h1min, the braking torque of the brake will be reduced. If the user does not adjust it in time and continues to use it, it will lead to brake failure.
