The precautions for using electric hydraulic thrusters are as follows:
     Environmental requirements: The working environment temperature should be -20 ℃ to+40 ℃ (some data relaxed to+50 ℃), relative humidity should be ≤ 90%, altitude should be ≤ 1000 meters, and there should be no flammable, explosive, corrosive gases or conductive dust;
     Vertical installation (tilt ≤± 15 °), with the piston rod connecting block facing upwards.
Power matching: limited to three-phase AC 380V/50Hz (based on nameplate), explosion-proof type (such as BYT1) is only used in designated explosive environments (must comply with Ex d I/II BT4 standards).
     Hydraulic oil selection: DB-25 transformer oil is used for temperatures above+20 ℃, and YH-10 oil is used for temperatures below -20 ℃;
     After the first use or major overhaul, fill the oil level plug hole with oil until it is level. It is strictly prohibited to be too high or too low. Check or replace the oil every 6 months (replace if it deteriorates or becomes cloudy).
     Installation and commissioning: The push rod shall not bear lateral forces; Before powering on, manually check whether the push rod is flexible in lifting and lowering; Confirm that the motor wiring is correct and the grounding is reliable; ‌
     The first power on requires a no-load test run, observing for any abnormal noise, oil leakage, or stuck push rod.
     Operation limit: ≤ 600 operations per hour (depending on the model), pay attention to temperature rise during continuous operation (S1); Prohibit overtraveling, overloading, or frequent reciprocating impact loads for non braking purposes.
     Maintenance points: Regularly check the seal of the push rod, oil leakage in the cylinder body, and lubrication of the hinge points (weekly calcium sodium based grease or 45 # engine oil); ‌
     After the brake pad wears out, it needs to be linked to adjust the backlash and automatic compensation device (if equipped); Lubricate the motor bearings every six months.
    Safety contraindication: After power failure, rely on the spring brake and do not rely on the pusher to hold the load for a long time; Explosion proof type shall not arbitrarily dismantle or modify the shell;
     In humid, dusty, or corrosive environments, IP54 or higher protection or anti-corrosion types should be selected. ‌‌
