Crane Oil Chamber Cylinder Pump

     The electric hydraulic thruster produced by CTECH Machinery SDN BHD is mainly composed of four core components: the drive motor, centrifugal hydraulic pump (including impeller/shaft), hydraulic cylinder assembly (including piston/push rod/cylinder), and housing assembly. ‌‌
Core structure composition:
    Drive motor: Three phase asynchronous motor (non oil immersed), providing power source, with insulation level usually B or F.
Hydraulic pump unit: including impeller and shaft, directly driven by motor to generate centrifugal force, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy.
Execution mechanism: composed of oil cylinder, piston, and push rod, it uses oil pressure difference to push the piston to move in a straight line and output thrust.
     Shell and auxiliary components: cast aluminum alloy shell (some with balance chambers to support multi angle installation), sealing components (double sealed structure), junction box, and internal reset spring (some models have built-in or rely on external brake springs). ‌‌

Structure working principle:
     Power on state: The motor drives the impeller to rotate, and hydraulic oil is pressed from the upper chamber of the piston into the lower chamber, generating a pressure difference to push the piston and push rod upward (release/action).
     Power off state: The impeller stops rotating, the oil pressure disappears, the piston descends under the action of gravity and spring force (load spring or reset spring), and the hydraulic oil flows back to the upper chamber (brake/reset). ‌‌
